Mila Newbold

Mila Newbold is a British writer and musician who grew up in Kent. She fell in love with the South Coast, especially Hastings and the South Downs as a young adult, and felt thrilled to be able to use the soaring chalk hills and coastal weather as the setting for her debut novel 'Watcher'.

Mila is married to her amazing wife, Ella. They share their home with two cats (Link + Cassie) and two lurchers (Luna + Harry).

Why am I using this form rather than social media?

The eagle eyed among you will notice that I have no active social media. Having struggled with instagram addiction in the past, and all the negative connotations that can have on mental health and body image, the only place you will find me is on my website. I hope you understand!
